How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Nayerly, tap the ⋯ button in the top-right, choose Nayerly Premium, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Does Nayerly really work without internet?
Yes. All language models are downloaded to your device during initial setup. After that, no internet connection is needed for translation.
How is this different from Apple or Google Translate?
Apple's live translation only works with AirPods Pro 2/3 or AirPods 4 — which cost $250–$300+ in many countries — and covers only a handful of languages. Google Translate needs a live internet connection for conversation mode, so it's useless on a plane or abroad without data. Nayerly runs fully offline on any AirPods, does 22 languages, and keeps everything private on your device.
How does the free version work?
Nayerly is free to download and gives you 10 minutes of microphone time every day, resetting at midnight. When the day's minutes run out, translation pauses until tomorrow — or go unlimited with a plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and can be canceled anytime in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. The Lifetime unlock is a single one-time payment — nothing recurring to cancel.
Can my family use Nayerly too?
Yes. Apple Family Sharing is included with your purchase — up to 6 family members can use Nayerly with their own Apple IDs at no extra cost.
Will more languages be added?
Yes. New languages will be added in future updates at no additional cost to existing users.
Why does the app need microphone access?
Nayerly listens to your speech to provide real-time translation. Audio is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded or stored.
Can I get a refund?
