Nayerly is a real-time translation app designed to run entirely on your device. Your privacy is fundamental to how we built this app. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
In short: Nayerly runs completely offline. Your voice, your translations, and your data never leave your device.
Information We Do Not Collect
Nayerly does not collect, store, or share any of the following:
- Audio recordings or voice data
- Translated text or conversation content
- Location data
- Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
- Device identifiers for advertising purposes
Device Permissions
Nayerly requests access to the following device features in order to provide real-time translation:
- Microphone: Required to listen to speech and provide real-time translation. Audio is processed entirely on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- Speech Recognition: Used to convert spoken language into text for translation. All speech recognition processing occurs locally on your device.
These permissions are used solely for the core translation functionality of the app. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings.
Offline Processing
Nayerly is built to function entirely offline. All translation models and language data are stored locally on your device. No internet connection is required to use the app, and no data is sent to any server during use.
Purchases and Apple ID
Nayerly is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. We offer two pricing tiers:
- Individual License ($99 USD): For use with a single Apple ID.
- Family License ($199 USD): For use with Apple ID accounts within an Apple Family Sharing group.
Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in to that account. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment information.
Third-Party Services
Nayerly does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is Apple's App Store for purchase processing, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Nayerly does not collect any personal information from any user, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the app is safe for use by individuals of all ages.
Data Security
Because Nayerly processes all data locally on your device and does not transmit any information externally, your data inherits the security protections of your Apple device, including device encryption and biometric authentication.
